Special Note:
Our shopping card does not know how into separate boxes on large orders. People with orders greater than $500 should call us about about correct shipping cost.

Where We ship:
We ship domestic US orders only. Unfortunately, we cannot ship to Hawaii. We apologize in advance to our overseas plant friends, the CITES paper work is too much.

Time to ship:
Orders get shipped out within two weeks however most orders get shipped out within a few days. We cannot guarantee any arrival times.

Method of Shipment:
All orders go out USPS 2nd day with delivery confirmation. This usually takes 2-3 days. We send you an e-mail so you can prepare to receive them.We use lots of packing material to withstand moderate cold during shipment.

Policy on Returns:
If you receive an unsatisfactory plant, return it within 10 days of receipt for replacement, refund or credit as desired.

Shipping cost:
Because of our outside growing conditions our plants are much larger, weigh more, and are more difficult to wrap than soft greenhouse grown plants.
