ALOES Aloes have traditionally been placed within the family liliacea however recent developments in the area of classification places them now in the family asphodelacea. Many of them make excellent landscape plants being both drought-tolerant and fireproof -- not just fire-resistant. Most can be kept small if kept in pots but they really come into display when planted in the ground. We have several available for mail order to domestic locations only: Aloes are CITES II protected and therefore can not be shipped out of the US. Click on thumbnails to see full image! |
